The SEA leadership and faculty have worked hard to modify the program schedule to be able to offer SEA Semester programming that is consistent with its history of well-managed risk, academic rigor and experiential education.
Applications are currently open. SEA Semester operates on a rolling admissions basis and applicants are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis until programs are full.

Ocean Exploration - This interdisciplinary study abroad program combines insights from the natural and social sciences in order to deepen students’ awareness of and appreciation for the ocean.
Caribbean Reef Expedition - An investigative science and policy semester examining the impacts of human actions on Caribbean coral reef ecosystems and the effectiveness of existing reef management strategies.
Oceans & Climate - A research-focused climate science semester that examines how the oceans factor in the global climate system, and evaluates technological, political, and economic strategies for a climate-resilient and sustainable future.
